EzRay Vet Dental X-Ray Cart and Wall Mount Cleaning and Maintenance Guide
To ensure that the EzRay Vet Dental X-Ray Cart or Wall Mount operates at maximum efficiency, it is best practice to perform the following routine maintenance activities.
Remember, always turn your equipment off before performing any maintenance.
Here is a list of daily tasks to follow.
Before doing a clinical exam, take an exposure to verify audible tone and exposure light are functioning
For the EzRay Vet Dental X-Ray Cart , make sure all wheel locks work and hold cart in place.
For the EzRay Vet Dental X-Ray Wall Mount, make sure that the unit is securely fastened to the wall.
Rotate tube head and extend arm.
Between each dental exam, clean all surfaces of the stand and tube head that come in contact with the animal or operator with an alcohol-based solution. For the EzRay Vet Dental X-Ray Cart, the stand must be thoroughly cleaned as well.
The cleaning cloth should damp but not dripping wet and must not be reused.
Do not use detergents or solvents to clean the outer covers of the system.
Make sure the main power button has been turned off at the end of each day.
Wipe all other surfaces of the equipment with a dry cloth at the end of each day.
Ensure that the power cable and all other cables have no cuts or abrasions.
Make sure all wire connectors are not mechanically defective.
If any defects are found, DO NOT operate the equipment because repairs must be made by qualified service personnel only.
